Usage
Reclaim wafers are primarily in
the production process of semiconductors.
Features
- Rasa's rerclaim wafers are stripped of all films by a unique chemical stripping process. Rasa can strip many types of films on the surface,edge or backside of wafers,without the loss of silicon thickness.
- Rasa's finishing process includes a skillful mirror polishing with the latest technology polishing equipment.
- Reclaim wafer particle & impurity level specifications are the same as for new wafers.
- Rasa's primary business focus for reclaim service has been on 8" and 12" wafers, however, wafer size down to 5" are also accepted.
Reclaim of Silicon wafers
Rasa also produces silicon wafers from upper stream such as making mono-crystal of Si slicing, to down stream such as lapping & polishing, where RASA has long history & results in the market of wafer reclaim service.
Usage
Silicon wafers for dummy wafers in the production equipments, or for monitor
wafers for particle check, or other check at production process.
Features
Rasa provides dummy & monitor wafers, stably, for its specialized production
to them. Special test wafers can be available flexibly, as well.
